Real Experience
Real Passion
Real Impact

With a background as a Combat Medic in Afghanistan and now an Emergency Care First Responder, I bring hands‑on experience from real emergencies into every course. My training is built on genuine frontline knowledge, ensuring learners gain practical, life-saving skills that truly matter.

"ADHD: A Different Perspective"

Living with ADHD gives me a unique edge in teaching mental health courses. I'm not teaching theory from a textbook. I live with ADHD every day, so when I talk about mental health challenges, focus struggles, emotional regulation, or feeling misunderstood, I'm speaking from the inside. That authenticity lands differently. People can tell when someone truly understands. ADHD often comes with the ability to hyperfocus on things I'm passionate about, and mental health and helping others clearly light that fire for me. When I'm in my element, I bring an intensity and depth that keeps people engaged and makes the content stick. Because I've navigated my own challenges, I'm tuned in to the signs that someone's struggling, the person who's quiet, distracted, or masking. I notice what neurotypical instructors might overlook, and I create space for those who need it most.

A Personal Approach to Training

Every learner receives not only the essential practical skills but also reassurance, understanding, and confidence to act when it matters most. My approach is personal, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience. I take the time to understand each group's needs, adapt sessions to different experience levels, and create an environment where questions are encouraged and no one feels left behind. Whether you're a complete beginner or refreshing existing skills, my training is designed to build genuine confidence – so when an emergency happens, you're ready to respond.

Commitment to Excellence

Because the training I provide can mean the difference between life and death, continuous professional development (CPD) is a top priority. I regularly work alongside leaders in the First Aid Training Industry to stay current, refine my skills, and ensure every course reflects the latest standards and best practices. I shadow experienced instructors, attend advanced training sessions, and stay informed about the latest guidance and techniques. This commitment means that when you learn from me, you're getting training that's not only accurate and up-to-date but also informed by real-world expertise from across the industry. I never stop learning, because your safety, and the safety of those you might help depends on it.
